Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hbje ("we", "our", "platform") and any person who uses the hbje website or related services ("you", "user"). By accessing hbje.cam, creating an account, or using any game or service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Age Requirement

hbje services are only for persons aged 21 or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Use by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request age verification documents at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or close an account if proof cannot be provided.

Service Boundaries

You confirm that you do not reside in, or access our services from, any region or country where online gaming or betting is illegal. It is entirely your responsibility to comply with the laws of your own jurisdiction. hbje does not provide legal advice.

Single Account

Each person may open only one hbje account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, address, phone number, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure and deposited funds may not be returned. If documents are requested for identity verification (national ID, passport, etc.), they must be submitted within the specified time.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Terms

• The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment account are strictly prohibited.
• The deposit must be sent with the correct reference as specified; otherwise, crediting may be delayed.
• If any suspicious transaction is identified, we reserve the right to hold the related funds until an investigation is complete.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment method you most recently used for a deposit, unless otherwise instructed.
• Identity verification (KYC) may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Before withdrawing bonus funds, the associated wagering requirement must be met.
• A daily maximum withdrawal limit may apply; contact the support team for details.
• If there is an active bonus on your account, withdrawals may be on hold until the conditions of that bonus are met.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 is required. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the combined total of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 15 times (15x). The period to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited to the account.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may have its own terms — check the relevant page for details before claiming a bonus.
• At the time of receiving a bonus, the account must have a zero withdrawable balance; otherwise, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Having multiple bonuses active at the same time is generally not permitted unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse, particularly collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in account closure.
• hbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

VIP and Cashback Programme

hbje has three VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level offers weekly cashback based on regular gameplay: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, and up to 1.2% at Gold. Data Collection and Use

During registration and use of the service, we collect your name, contact information, payment information, and data related to your gaming activity. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses. If a technical error causes a bonus or reward to be displayed incorrectly, hbje reserves the right to cancel it.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may follow the escalation process to appeal to a higher authority. In all dispute resolutions, hbje's final decision shall be considered binding.

hbje reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
